When all 3 phases are complete, about an hour and 20 minutes, the unit turns itself off only leaving a blue indicator on to let you know the items are safe.

In a typical household environment you would place items into the unit, turn it on and leave it with the knowledge that your items are being treated with high level disinfection and stored in a safe environment where they will not be contaminated by any air or water born germs while you're away.

Purespace helps reduce waste by allowing you to use disposable items like toothbrushes and razors longer with out the fear that they may have unsafe germs on them. It uses about as much power as a standard light bulb. Purespace takes up very little counter space since it has the circumference of a compact disk. (top)
